My new recipe book includes a 3 ingredient recipe for fudge. You don't need cream. You can use UHT milk, if you want. It's proletarian perfection & you can probably make it *now*. Yum. Do it. PS: there's swearing in my book. You'll probably cope.


I once broke my thermometer in a large pan of this, that I was making for Christmas presents. I realised (of course) that I couldn't give it to anyone, but hoped I could still eat it (carefully) myself. I made the mistake of telling & he made me throw it away. 😥
