"...TweetDeck, owned and maintained by Twitter, has seen limited development recently. Last year, it was removed as a standalone app and made available only as a web application."
But the development of #tweetdeck was abandoned for the most part several years ago

I'm pretty sure Elon didn't even know he owns it, until recently
